JJIF President Panagiotis Theodoropoulos appointed Maria Charitopoulou as member of JJIF executive board. 

She is today President of the Hellenic Ju-Jitsu Federation (Greece). 

With a huge experience in structure and the needs of different disciplines as well as in event organizing she will bring a big contribution to the JJIF. 

Especially for the activities of women in our sport she will lead the women’s committee in the future. 

El presidente de JJIF, Panagiotis Theodoropoulos, nombró a Maria Charitopoulou como miembro de la junta ejecutiva de JJIF.

 Actualmente es presidenta de la Federación Helénica de Ju-Jitsu (Grecia).

 Con una gran experiencia en la estructura y las necesidades de diferentes disciplinas, así como en la organización de eventos, aportará una gran contribución a la JJIF. 

Especialmente por las actividades de las mujeres en nuestro deporte, ella encabezará el comité de mujeres en el futuro.

 

I have been active in Ju Jitsu since 2004.

As a JJIF Board Member, I want to contribute with all my strength to the great effort that JJIF and all the people of sports have been making for years for the development of Ju Jitsu.
I also want Women’s in Ju Jitsu to gain confidence, be active, have an active presence in the sport, have the right to speak and participate in the processes that contribute to the sport.

He estado activa en Ju Jitsu desde 2004.

Como miembro de la Junta de JJIF, quiero contribuir con todas mis fuerzas al gran esfuerzo que JJIF y toda la gente del deporte viene realizando desde hace años para el desarrollo del Ju Jitsu.

También quiero que las mujeres en Ju Jitsu ganen confianza, sean activas, tengan una presencia activa en el deporte, tengan derecho a hablar y participar en los procesos que contribuyen al deporte.

The JJIF Women's committee / Comite de Mujeres de JJIF

The Women’s Committee of the Ju Jitsu International Federation has been appointed on November 2021.

Mrs Maria Charitopoulou, President of Hellenic Ju Jitsu Federation, was appointed President of the JJIF Women’s Committee.

Members of the JJIF Women’s Committee were appointed:
Natasa Prpic (Bosnia)
Fathmah Shaha Hassan (Maldives)
Ishtar Obaid (Iraq)

The purpose of the committee is to eliminate all forms of discrimination against women, to take initiatives and to take action in order to strengthen the dynamic presence of women in the world sports family of Ju Jitsu.

El Comité de Mujeres de la Federación Internacional de Ju Jitsu ha sido designado en noviembre de 2021.

▪️La Sra. Maria Charitopoulou, Presidenta de la Federación Helénica de Ju Jitsu, fue nombrada Presidenta del Comité de Mujeres de JJIF.

Se designaron integrantes del Comité de Mujeres de la JJIF:

El propósito del comité es eliminar todas las formas de discriminación contra la mujer, tomar iniciativas y actuar para fortalecer la presencia dinámica de las mujeres en la familia deportiva mundial de Ju Jitsu.
